- What is the difference between On-Site Solutions and Virtual Assistance?
On-Site Solutions utilize a Professional Organizer who provides information, education and the tools to assist you in organizing your personal, home and business life on-site in your home or office.
A Virtual Assistant provides administrative, creative and technical support to businesses from an off-site location utilizing electronic communication methods including email, voicemail and facsimile.

- How are fees determined?
Fees for business, individual or residential services are billed hourly or by the specific project.
On-Site Services begin at $60 per hour and Virtual Support services begin at $35 per hour.
- How long are sessions?
Typically, most On-Site sessions are 3-4 hours each with the minimum session being 3 hours and the maximum at 6 hours.
Virtual Assistance can vary in length and is billed in 15-minute increments. Organizing Solutions uses Industry Production Standards* to estimate costs for Virtual Support services.
- How is payment made?
Payment can be made by cash, check or major credit card.

*IPS Guidelines are published by the Association of Business Support Services International, Inc., and Executive Suite Association for computing time as one factor in calculating charges for document production and non-keyboard services. Industry Production Standards include a calculation of the average time required in the performance of specific duties for project production by a professional information processing operator. The IPS Model Operator has the following proficiency and credentials: 2-3 years of business, office, or secretarial experience: key board speed of 70 words per minute or 350 characters per minute (average of 5 characters per word); good language and grammar skills; software skills to handle the project.
